Introduction

1.1 These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the relationship between ProPage LLC a MNZ MARKETING COMPANY LTDA division ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the customer ("you," "your," or "Client") regarding the development, hosting, and maintenance of websites provided under a subscription model.

1.2 By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

1.3 If you do not agree with these terms, do not use our services.

Service Description

2.1 ProPage provides website development, hosting, and maintenance on a subscription basis.

2.2 We offer three subscription plans:

  • Starter Plan: 01- page website, basic SEO, email support.
  • Business Plan: Up to 5 pages, Google Analytics integration, priority support.
  • Premium Plan: Up to 10 pages, advanced SEO, CRM and automation integrations. 2.3 The service includes periodic updates, maintenance, and hosting as long as the subscription remains active.

Subscription and Payment Terms

3.1 Recurring Payments: By subscribing, you authorize ProPage to charge the recurring monthly fee for the selected plan.

3.2 Payment Methods: Payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal and charged automatically each billing cycle.

3.3 Failed Payments: If a payment fails, you will receive a reminder email. If not resolved within 7 days, your website may be temporarily suspended.

3.4 Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days’ notice.

3.5 Additional Services: Any add-ons or order bumps (such as custom domains, extra pages, or integrations) are charged separately and billed alongside the subscription fee.

Website Development Process

4.1 Onboarding & Briefing: After subscription, you must complete an intake form providing details about your business and website requirements.

4.2 Development Timeline:

  • Starter Plan: Delivered within 7 business days.
  • Business Plan: Delivered within 10 business days.
  • Premium Plan: Delivered within 15 business days.

Revisions: Each plan includes a limited number of revision rounds. Additional changes beyond the included revisions may be subject to additional fees.


4.4 Delivery & Approval: Once the website is completed, the client has 3 business days to request final adjustments. If no feedback is provided, the site is considered approved and launched.

Hosting and Domain Policy

5.1 Hosting: Hosting is included in all subscription plans at no extra cost.

5.2 Domain Name:

  • Clients can use their own domain or purchase one separately.
  • Clients may add a custom domain for $2/month via ProPage.


5.3 Ownership of the Website: While subscribed, you have full usage rights to the website. However, the underlying infrastructure and templates remain the property of ProPage.

5.4 Website Transfer: If you wish to cancel and transfer your site to another provider, a migration fee may apply, and you must request it at least 14 days before cancellation.

Service Limitations & Responsibilities

6.1 What’s Included:
✅ Website creation and maintenance as per the selected plan.
✅ Basic SEO and mobile responsiveness.
✅ Hosting and technical support.

6.2 What’s NOT Included:
❌ Custom coding or external integrations not listed in the plan.
❌ Third-party platform setup (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
❌ Complex database solutions or back-end development.

6.3 Client Responsibilities:
✅ Providing content (text, images, logo) unless otherwise agreed.
✅ Timely responses for website approvals and revisions.
✅ Ensuring compliance with any legal requirements for website content.

Cancellations and Refund Policy

7.1 Cancel Anytime Policy:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal or email request.
  • Upon cancellation, the website will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.


7.2 No Refunds Policy:

  • Due to the nature of our subscription-based service, payments are non-refundable.
  • If you cancel, you will not be charged again, but you will not receive a refund for the remaining days of your current billing cycle.


7.3 Account Termination:


  • If your subscription is canceled due to non-payment, the website may be permanently deleted after 30 days of inactivity.

Support and Maintenance

Support Channels:

  • Standard support via email for all plans.
  • Priority support for Business & Premium Plans.

8.2 Support Scope:

  • ✅ Fixing website bugs/errors related to ProPage’s development.
  • ✅ Adjustments covered within the revision limit.

  • ❌ Changes due to third-party modifications are NOT covered.

Intellectual Property & Content

9.1 Ownership of Content:

  • You retain full rights to your content (text, images, and branding).
  • ProPage retains ownership of proprietary templates, tools, and frameworks used to create the website.


9.2 Prohibited Content:

  • You agree NOT to host illegal, offensive, or copyrighted material without permission.
  • ProPage reserves the right to suspend or terminate websites violating this policy.

Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Guarantee of Results: While we optimize websites for SEO and conversions, we do not guarantee specific rankings or business results.


10.2 Service Downtime: We strive for 99.9% uptime, but occasional maintenance or third-party server issues may cause brief downtime.


10.3 Indemnification: You agree to hold ProPage harmless from any legal claims resulting from your website’s content or usage.

Changes to Terms

📌 ProPage reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of major changes via email at least 30 days in advance.
